  • Saar Bracha

    Saar Bracha | Chairman

    Saar is President & CEO of TAHAL Group International B.V. and serves as Chairman of TMNG. Prior to this he served as CEO of Baran Group companies, including Baran International Division, Baran Americas Inc., Baran Telecom Inc. (USA) and Baran Asia Pacific Ltd. (Thailand). Saar’s in-depth business understanding  was brought to bear in his previous post as Senior Assistant for International Trade to Israel’s Minister of Agriculture (1997-1999), where he held overall responsibility for Israel’s bilateral and commercial cooperation with Europe and the Asia Pacific arena. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an LLB from the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya, Israel.

  • Yair Rubinstein

    Yair Rubinstein | CEO

    A civil engineer with vast experience and know-how in the fields of natural gas, water and environmental protection, Yair established and led the former Natural Gas Division in TAHAL Group. Over the years, he has gained unique expertise in performing engineering and financial analysis of natural gas-related projects and is an esteemed advisor to Israel’s Ministry of National Infrastructures, Energy and Water Resources, as well as to the Natural Gas Authority and INGL LTD. He also serves as a member of the committee for standardization of natural gas transmission in Israel. Under his leadership, TMNG has expanded its oil and natural gas activities internationally and has shown steady growth.

    Yair has a civil engineering degree from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

  • Liad Weinberg

    Liad Weinberg | Chief Engineer

    A mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the design and approval of engineering plans and procedures for natural gas, Liad specializes in all aspects of gas system design, including natural gas systems of national, regional and domestic corporations, and design and construction of pressure reducing and measuring stations (PRMS). He served as advisor to the Regulatory Committee of the Standards Institution of Israel during formulation of Israeli standards for CNG fuelling stations.

    Liad has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Tel Aviv University.

  • Eyal Tauber

    Eyal Tauber | VP and Head of the Design Department

    Eyal is a civil engineer with 11 years of experience in design, management and permit acquisition. He leads TMNG’s licensing activities and is an accomplished expert in this field as well as in the area of statutory procedures. With invaluable experience in detailed design, he is in charge of planning hundreds of kilometers of transmission and distribution systems.

    Eyal has a civil engineering degree from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

  • Giora Hanochi

    Giora Hanochi | CFO

    A certified public accountant and economist, Giora has a thorough background in management and financial accounting of public companies globally. He specializes in taxation, budget management, and development and implementation of controls. As CFO, he routinely interfaces with TAHAL Group branches and subsidiaries worldwide. Previously, he served as Controller in TAHAL Consulting Engineers Ltd. and as CPA in Ernst & Young Israel.

    Giora holds an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

  • Neta Goshen

    Neta Goshen | VP Business Development

    Neta has global marketing and business development expertise in the water and Oil & Gas sectors. In previous positions, She was responsible for leading the entire Pre-sale activities for medium to mega desalination projects in APAC and EMEA regions, from initial client contact through final signing of contracts. With her background and knowledge incorporating both technical and commercial perspectives, She is leading the Business Development of TMNG.

    Neta holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and master’s degree in environmental engineering, both from Tel Aviv University
