Midstream

TMNG has a firmly established background in conceptual planning studies, design and installation of transmission, distribution and storage infrastructure on both the national and regional levels. The accumulated knowledge gained in transmission infrastructure projects over the course of six decades, combined with proven expertise in oil and natural gas, enables TMNG to assume overall responsibility for midstream projects. Whatever the requirements may be, TMNG is up to the challenge, demonstrating excellence while adhering to the industry’s standards.

From its inception to the present day, TMNG has been in the vanguard of Israel’s natural gas industry, having actively participated in significant milestones throughout its evolution. The company has served as official advisor to the Ministry of Infrastructure and is responsible de facto for over 80% of Israel’s pipeline systems, including design and construction.

TMNG has formed long-term relationships with global leaders such as Worley-Parsons and DNV-GL in order to provide well-rounded solutions for midstream systems. One of these relationships is the partnership with the Dutch Petrogas, a leading global equipment and installation supplier in the field of Pressure Reduction Metering Stations, which completes TMNG’s holistic capabilities in providing full EPC services for entire pipeline systems.

Committed to offering spot-on solutions based on their unique know-how and experience, TMNG’s experts are able to ensure effective and successful delivery, making the company a coveted partner for midstream projects.

Beyond Midstream Services

Following assignments that called for superior technical capabilities and political savvy, involving global customers and partnerships, TMNG has been chosen by key players to lead highly complex midstream activities. As such, the company is in charge of the detailed design of two Israel-to-Jordan pipeline projects as part of the gas export and transmission agreement between the two countries.

Global Capabilities, Local Operation

As part of the multinational TAHAL Group, TMNG enjoys core strengths in the way of a global network as well as strong operational and procurement capabilities, enabling it to serve as a one-stop shop for midstream projects. TMNG is financially backed by the well-established TAHAL Group, which has mobilized over US$ 1 billion in funds for projects during the past decade. It is therefore financially sound and can assist in project funding as EPC provider in the framework of PPP and BOT agreements.
